A combination of hand-held weights, weight machines and body weight exercises are combined to increase strength and assist in sculpting a lean and toned physique. These classes are designed to help you develop more confidence and body awareness.

We use science-based HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) to help increase fat metabolism and cardiovascular gains. These classes focus on safe techniques suitable to all fitness levels.   

These classes help to improve range of motion and create greater ease of movement - both physically and mentally.  We incorporate stretches that are designed to give you an in-depth understanding of breath, posture, and flexibility.
